Stages to obtain the Requirements

The first stage consists of obtaining information on functional requirements and non-functional software requirements from documents that have already been prepared.

The second stage is to study the working environment of users, clients and project stakeholders.

The third stage is to hold workshops to quickly get information from multiple people. To do this we predefine an agenda and preselect the participants to make it a truly effective meeting.

The last stage is internal, it consists of a brainstorm in which evaluating the requirements we will make the best decisions to develop the project in question. This generates a final proposal that will be approved by the client.
